I did my service learning at Fairgrove Academy with Mr. Duarte. My duties in his class are to help his students understand the media. I mostly help them with editing, photoshop, reading their scripts. I am basically Mr. Duarte's helper.

Interpretive
What is the most important thing you gained from this experience? Why?
Well, the two classes I help out in were beginners courses so I was able to watch these kids start off not knowing anything to having a decent amount of knowledge. Mr. Duarte also allowed me to lead his classes a couple of times and teach his students amount my findings.Applied
How did what you did help you answer your EQ? Please explain.
My service learning helped me answer my EQ by allowing me to distinguish what was most important for Mr. Duarte's students to learn in order for them to understand the media. At first it was the students learning how the programs worked, but then it evolved to them knowing how to put a video together that made sense. It helped verify my answers.
